The project STRAKKS has worked on strategies for urban development in Nordic knowledge cities. Partners from Skedsmo and Aalborg municipalities, Aalborg University, Akershus County Authority, The Oslo School of Architecture and Design has been working with "urbane laboratories" for testing new models and specific interventions in urban development.
The project has established an urban network in order to enhance skills and develop models to combine business, knowledge environments and research with urban development to promote a knowledge-based urban development.
